We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team, specializing in managing regulatory change and ensuring compliance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement RCM Process: Develop and enhance the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process to ensure timely identification and implementation of regulatory changes.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory requirements and business activities globally, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with Group Compliance team members, Local Compliance Officers, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Regulatory Analysis: Support the analysis of regulatory developments, including interpretation and assessment of their impact on Citco entities globally.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct assessments, gap analyses, and reporting on regulatory developments, escalating key findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Communication Framework: Develop and implement a robust communications framework for disseminating and internally reporting significant regulatory developments affecting Citco clients.
Qualifications: Degree holder in law or relevant field, with at least 5-8 years' experience in the financial services sector, preferably in compliance or legal.
Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management, regulatory expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead conference calls and present to senior management.
Others:Perform other duties requested by IT senior management, including standing in for colleagues during absences and assisting in other sections of the IT Operational Compliance as needed.
