Project Support Engineer Opportunity

This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to a significant €1 billion project in Dublin, working with cutting-edge technology and developing skills within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide ongoing support for capital projects, collaborating closely with the Asset Life cycle Management team to facilitate project activities related to asset creation, criticality assessment, and equipment maintenance philosophies.
  • Assist in Asset Life cycle management during project execution.
  • Create assets and facilitate asset criticality assessments.
  • Evaluate project documentation and asset data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support uploading asset data to Maximo CMMS systems.
  • Develop project execution KPIs/Metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Biochemical) at a minimum of Level 8 qualification.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities within maintenance or engineering teams is advantageous.
  • Experience in project execution/management within GMP manufacturing environments is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management and Reliability programs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Maximo, or equivalent software.
  • Ability to work with engineering data and documentation (P&IDs, Electrical SLDs, data collection templates).
  • Able to function effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, meeting deadlines as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Safety-focused mentality.
  • Proven track record of providing solutions that reflect understanding of business objectives and cost implications, prioritizing achievement of business goals.
