Job Description:

Your role as a Project Manager is to oversee and manage all construction contracts ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Manage change orders and resolve disputes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual specifications and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terms, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
