Job Overview

Our Technology Services team is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role will provide strategic support to the office of the CIO (OCIO) and be responsible for leading large teams, identifying and driving innovative solutions, and developing productive partnerships with business partners.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive technology governance frameworks that align with business objectives and deliver value to the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology governance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance and performance.
  • Ensure vendor partners deliver services in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Accountable for project management office management for all IT projects, change management, and service introduction.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Lead, motivate, and create high-performing teams through direction, coaching, and staff development.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and driving innovative solutions through productive and lasting partnerships with business partners.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business strategy and operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
