Senior Technology Transformation Lead

This is a key role within the Ireland Consulting practice, responsible for leading complex payment technology projects from initiation to delivery.


The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution. As a Senior Transformation Lead, you will work closely with diverse experts across various teams to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and cost tracking.
  • Represent and explain project progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and apply best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years focused on payments.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, payments architecture, and industry regulations.
  • Experience working in banks across multiple product domains, such as Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury.
