Job Description

As a vital member of our Accounting and Finance team, the Financial Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure the company remains profitable.
  • Process payroll and prepare P30 returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare month-end accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, and bimonthly VAT returns.
  • Implement effective financial controls across the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial advice and support.
  • Assist with end-of-year audits and annual budget processes.
