As a skilled Financial Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Processing bank transactions into the accounts system with minimal errors.
  • Preparing payment runs using online banking services.
  • Maintaining and reconciling of the bank accounts with regular updates.
  • Posting client’s receipts to our CRM and Accounting Software XERO with precision.
  • Experience with multiple currencies (EUR and GBP) is highly desirable.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
  • An Accounting Technician qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
  • Excellent PC Skills, including Excel and Word are required.
  • Working knowledge of XERO (not essential) and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly is essential.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with French being a desirable additional language skill.
