Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of month-end management accounts, including detailed reporting and analysis
  • Maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations and financial records
  • Assistance in creating a comprehensive audit file and supporting the year-end audit process
  • Overseeing banking, intercompany, and sales reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monthly project reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Contribution to budget preparation and reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency
  • Participation in the ongoing development and improvement of accounting and cost management systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Qualification as a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel knowledge and skills
  • Experience working with accounting systems, preferably Xero and Live Costs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to liaise and direct multiple departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and results-driven outcomes
