The successful candidate will have a strong track record of securing donations from a variety of sources, including trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. They will also be skilled in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations from trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, providing exceptional stewardship and ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Prepare financial and impact reports on fundraising activities and campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Identify and develop new income streams, maximising existing opportunities through online fundraising platforms and the organisation's website.
- Minimum two years' experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, friendly, and empathetic manner.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and fundraising software (preferably Salesforce).
- Full-time permanent position, subject to a six-month probationary period.
- Flexible working arrangements, with some remote work permitted.
- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
