Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Officer to lead our regulatory affairs function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate regulatory risk.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to senior management and the board.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with regulators and industry associations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a MiFID Investment firm.
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial markets and working knowledge of the brokerage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
