About the Role

The Resident Support Coordinator will play a vital role in providing assistance to residents, promoting their well-being and integration into the centre's community. This position involves collaborating with the Centre Manager and Reception Officer to ensure effective administration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents in navigating centre policies and procedures
- Assist with induction and ongoing support for new residents
- Establish good relationships with external agencies and facilitate appointments as needed

Required Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 in Hospitality or Customer Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills in English and other languages
- Competence in Microsoft Word processing and Excel

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Previous experience working with international protection residents is desirable

Working Conditions
- The Resident Support Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills
