About the Role

This Subscription Renewal Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced sales team and contribute to driving business forward through exceptional customer success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of software subscription renewal business, meeting quarterly targets, and maintaining direct engagement with channel partners and customers throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will work closely with internal teams, such as inside/field sales, customer success, and channel sales, to ensure assigned renewals are closed on time and identify potential obstacles to timely renewal.

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating with enterprise IT buyers, a strong knowledge of enterprise software sales and software licensing methodologies, and proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office.
