We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an ETF Product Developer, Assistant Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and delivering new EMEA-domiciled ETFs to support our clients and prospects.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As an ETF Product Developer, Assistant Vice President, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and position our EMEA product range. You will also analyze market research and understand the competitive marketplace to identify market trends and potential new product opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ETF product development, design or as a product strategist/investment strategist with demonstrable track record of delivering successful outcomes across asset classes. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of the European regulatory landscape in relation to asset management and funds including MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD, BMR and SFDR. Additionally, they will have experience and knowledge across the elements of the product development process: research, strategy, structuring, launch co-ordination and product lifecycle management.
You will also manage complex projects with stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies. Strong capabilities in researching and analyzing market trends and intelligence to support product strategy and design are required. The ability to problem solve and identify / analyse issues, find viable alternatives and recommend solutions is essential.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop and deliver new EMEA-domiciled ETFs to support our clients and prospects.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ETF product development, design or as a product strategist/investment strategist.
- In-depth knowledge of the European regulatory landscape in relation to asset management and funds including MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD, BMR and SFDR.
- Experience and knowledge across the elements of the product development process: research, strategy, structuring, launch co-ordination and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
