Healthcare Product Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Product Specialist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on all product ranges available in the pharmacy.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide detailed information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the pharmacy.
  2. Maintain accurate stock control, including rotation of stock, maintaining optimal stock levels, using reliable suppliers, and ensuring that delivery details are correct as specified by the Managing Pharmacist.
  3. Offer professional and efficient customer service at all times, enhancing the relationship with pharmacy customers.
  4. Work effectively as part of the pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable, assisting in all areas of the pharmacy operation as required by the Managing Pharmacist.
  5. Participate in training and development programs provided by the pharmacy and be proactive in developing the job function.
">Requirements:
  1. 1 year experience in pharmacy/retail/hospitality is desirable.
  2. Cashier experience is an asset.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and to handle customer/patient information confidentially.
  5. Good attention to detail is essential.
  6. Organized with a proven ability to multi-task successfully under pressure.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Basic IT skills are beneficial.
