
Improving Healthcare Outcomes as a Quality Specialist

- We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will initiate process improvements, including updates to risk documentation, procedures, test methods, and process/software validation.
- The successful candidate will review and approve change controls, analyze and interpret statistical data using statistical tools and methods, develop strategy and implement sampling methods.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Process Improvement: Implement process improvements, update risk documentation, procedures, test methods, and software validation.
- Change Control Review: Review and approve changes in our processes, systems, or products.
- Statistical Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret statistical data using statistical tools and methods.
- Sampling Method Development: Develop and implement effective sampling methods to ensure quality and compliance.
- CAPA, NC/NCMR, and SCAR Management: Address nonconformities through corrective actions, non-conformance reports, and supplementary corrective action requests.
- Product Compliance: Ensure compliance for product manufacturing, packaging, and labeling.
- Audit Performance: Conduct internal audits of suppliers and support external regulatory body audits.
We require (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Engineering or Science related field.
In addition, the following are preferred:
- Experience: Three years of experience in a regulated environment.
Additional skills include:
- Strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with statistical tools.
- FMEA and root cause analysis skills.
