We are recruiting an experienced Quality Manager to lead and implement quality initiatives across our nursing homes.
- Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homes.
- Mentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance.
- Develop policies aligned with national standards.
- Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management.
- Deliver training and promote a culture of innovation.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement.
- 35 years experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Full Irish drivers license and willingness to travel.
