Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing direct access to the local community and offering holistic social assessments and interventions.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with service users, families, and groups to identify needs and develop targeted strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social assessments and interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize a caseload to ensure timely completion of tasks and objectives.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
  • Maintenance of live annual registration on the Social Workers Register.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of duties.

Eligible Candidates:

  • Be registered in the Social Workers Register.
  • Have the requisite knowledge and ability.
