Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

This role involves working as part of a dedicated and innovative team in a community-based house providing respite and holiday breaks for children with physical disabilities, within a quality framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personal care
  • Assisting children with medical needs/administering medication
  • Engaging in professional supervision
  • Possessing a full, clean driving licence
  • Being eligible to work in the State

Requirements:

  • Holding statutory registration, professional qualifications, or experience relevant to the role
  • Eligible applicants will be those who hold professional registration, or be eligible for registration, on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU
  • Applicants must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the role
