Financial Manager for Outsourcing

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients and utilizing skills and experience in practice accounting, particularly in outsourcing teams.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the production of accounts to Trial Balance using various accounting packages
  • Preparing Management Accounts and client payroll management
  • Supervising other members of the team and training them to improve performance
  • Reviewing and submitting Revenue Returns (VAT)
The Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in practice accounting, specifically in outsourcing teams
  • Proven management experience, including team supervision and training
  • Strong technical knowledge across areas such as payroll, VAT, and management accounts
