Job Overview:

The Claims Analyst plays a vital role in protecting assets by effectively managing assigned claims and mitigating risks. This includes conducting investigations, partnering with third-party administrators, and leveraging internal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk-based investigations to gather information and support defense of claims
  • Partner with TPAs to understand applicable statutory and regulatory schemes
  • Effectively leverage restaurant management, HR, security, safety, and other resources
  • Conduct early case assessments and continuously evaluate key factors
  • Manage claims portfolio with a goal of cost-effective and timely resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years GL or W/C claim experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
