We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to promote our services remotely while providing clients with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company services through remote interactions, assisting clients with verification and activation processes, monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance, providing remote support and consultation for existing clients, performing scheduled and self-initiated activities, ensuring new clients in the assigned portfolio complete registration, entering and maintaining up-to-date client information into the database and keeping records with relevant data, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies, supporting existing clients in maintaining active usage, escalating issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope, and presenting product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution or similar SaaS solution;
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Excellent level of local language and good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- A positive approach to objection handling;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
