Property Lawyer Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further their career in conveyancing.

This role involves managing a caseload of residential transactions from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct client contact and responsibility for managing own caseload
  • Proactive collaboration with colleagues across the wider firm
  • Gaining experience and broadening your skill set into commercial property and Corporate Support over time

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, with previous experience in residential conveyancing.

A strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
