Our team spans more than 100 countries, driving a dynamic culture of learning and innovation for our customers. As a Staff Product Designer on our Design System team, you will play a key role in developing and adopting a best-in-class design system.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel's design system. This includes maintaining and improving the quality, consistency, and scalability of UI components and patterns across web and mobile platforms.
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across Deel's products. You will develop foundational design solutions that accelerate delivery and elevate quality.
  • You will facilitate stronger engineering collaboration with designers. You will build tools that enhance the designer and engineer experience, including linting systems for consistency and automated workflows.
Qualifications
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 4 years focused on design systems at scale. Your portfolio should showcase system-level thinking and component design for complex digital products.
  • You have a deep understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design for web and mobile.
  • You are a strong communicator who can align and influence cross-functional stakeholders. You have experience collaborating with engineers on component implementation, QA, and internal tooling.
