Job Title: Senior UX Design Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Design Leader to lead our UX design team in creating innovative and user-centered solutions. As a key member of the product leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall product vision and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure that design solutions meet business needs and user requirements.

In this role, you will oversee the development of design systems, standards, and best practices, as well as lead the team through the full product lifecycle from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
