Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our Research and Design team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interaction design, current AI technology, and user experience principles.
About the RoleThe Senior UX Designer will work alongside design and product teams to create world-class AI experiences across the entire Workday product line. Key responsibilities include designing at scale for millions of users worldwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving user-centered design decisions.
Key Requirements:- Design expertise: Proficiency in converting complex user needs into elegant web and mobile interactions
- AI knowledge: Understanding of current AI technology and its applications in UX design
- User experience: Ability to interpret the evolution of interaction design and design responsibly
