Job Description

The Global Fund Administration Transformation & Innovation Function has been established to develop capability in key areas including client change, capital change, operational change, innovation solution development, business process analysis, and fund administration change.

The focus is on delivering business transformation projects and solutions to meet fund accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and private capital administration objectives, leveraging robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Work on large-scale, complex programs impacting multiple business areas.
  • Integrate technology change, business process redesigns, and operating model reviews.
  • Align with holistic roadmaps across strategic initiatives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure benefits realization and change management methodologies are embedded in project delivery.
  • Monitor progress and escalate issues as required.
  • Communicate project progress to diverse audiences.
