Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies
- Conducting thorough business analysis to inform change management plans
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Evaluating the impact of change on key stakeholders
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance stakeholder readiness

- Monitoring adoption and usage of new processes and systems
- Possession of a relevant third-level qualification (e.g. Psychology, HR, Organisational Change)
- Relevant certifications in Prosci, behavioural science, or coaching
