About the Role
  • Transformation Delivery: Contribute to the successful implementation of projects and/or workstreams across major programmes.
  • Project Management Delivery: Assist in delivering on projects and/or workstreams, focusing primarily on change and transformation initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include change management, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and effective implementation. You will also be accountable for working with senior leaders to develop and execute project plans, delivering insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.

We are seeking individuals with proven consulting experience in organisation design, stakeholder management, change management, strategic workforce planning, and HR transformation. A strong understanding of change and transformation projects is essential, as is experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a degree qualification and relevant professional experience. Experience working in a change management capacity or delivering change programmes is highly desirable.
