Drive Business Transformation

 

As a key member of our team, you will lead and coordinate day-to-day activity in the execution of technology and process optimization projects aligned to achieving corporate objectives.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects for the company, owning them throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, management, and execution.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and lead the implementation of optimized solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to the project, including development and ongoing maintenance of project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and budgets.
  • Manage external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to scope, design, test, and review each phase of the project pre-implementation.
  • Manage and control project timelines, risks, budgets, and documentation.
  • Assess project performance on an ongoing basis and produce status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and manage change requests.
  • Complete vendor evaluations and lead the implementation of third-party solutions.
  • Manage all activities related to the launch of new technologies and processes, pre and post-implementation.
