Job Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic Business Transformation role. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead business transformation initiatives across multiple areas, including strategy, operating model design, customer experience design, lean process improvement, organizational design, and transformation delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points, and develop comprehensive functional requirements.
    • Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address client issues and drive business success.
    • Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior consulting role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact business transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
