Senior Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead our service delivery team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing service delivery for a portfolio of exclusive contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Budget Management
- Promote and deliver company aims to meet or exceed quality levels and customer support objectives.
- Contract Management
- Manage all aspects of contracts, including mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
- Cost Control
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Able to motivate others, possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and make on-the-spot decisions.
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
