Flight Operations Manager

The role involves managing the safe and efficient flow of air traffic in accordance with EASA and national regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Aerodrome and Approach control services
  • Ensure safe aircraft movement and separation
  • Communicate effectively with pilots and airport operations
  • Respond to emergencies and changing conditions
  • Maintain accurate operational records

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A valid EASA ATC licence with current ratings in Aerodrome Control (ADC), Approach Control Procedural (APP), and Aerodrome Control Surveillance (SUR)
  • A valid ATC Medical Certificate (Class 3)
  • ELPAC Level 4 or higher (English language proficiency)
  • Strong knowledge of ATC procedures, international standards, and aviation safety management systems
  • Meteorological Observer Certificate is desirable
