Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Timely reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts.
  • Strategic oversight of credit control processes, adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining online verification policies.
  • Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage office facilities, including equipment maintenance contracts and service provider liaison.
  • Purchasing of office supplies and negotiating agreements with external vendors.
  • Efficient allocation of work to administrative staff and executives.
  • Temporary staff sourcing when necessary and effective staff resource management.
  • Staff recruitment, training, and management.
  • IT infrastructure support to ensure suitable systems for the practice.
  • Maintenance of efficient communication flows within the practice, including post and document security processes.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

A motivated individual with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Prior experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not essential. Key skills include staff management expertise, strong organizational abilities, and proven initiative-taking capabilities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of case management systems (preferably Keyhouse).
