Project Manager/Project Controls Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Controls Lead to manage a portfolio of in-house capital projects from conception through to completion.

About the Role
  • This is a 12-month contract position, requiring strong project management and control skills, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of capital projects, including design, construction, commissioning, qualification, schedule, and cost control.
  • Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Construction-related).
  • Minimum 10 years of capital project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and achieving business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
