We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Instructor to join our team.

The Rehabilitative Training Programme is a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, confidence, and independence. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping learners achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Job Description

The Instructor will be responsible for the development and delivery of the RT programme, working with learners to identify their needs and create individualized training plans. You will also provide systematic training, maintain records of learner progress, and evaluate the rehabilitative and vocational needs of each learner.

Requirements
  • Educational qualifications to 3rd level standard (e.g., Youth and Community Work, teaching, adult education)
  • Specific training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer)
  • Experience of working in a specialized training environment
  • Experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities and ASD
