Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and management of tenders, cost plans, and contracts.
- Support in the procurement of subcontractors and supplier management.
- Review and monitor project costs, including tracking variations and changes.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, valuations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure projects stay on budget.
- Attend site meetings to stay closely involved with project developments and progress.
- Assist in producing financial assessments and project forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
