As a seasoned expert in technology solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tech Solutions Architect: Provide technical leadership and vision to drive the development of innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Solution Deployment: Lead the deployment of solutions in customers' environments, including design, implementation, and testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer support throughout the deployment process and beyond.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical requirements to and from customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in Active Directory from a system integration vendor or enterprise IT organization.
  • Administered, architected, or supported enterprise Active Directory environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Administered or supported Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.
  • Proven customer-facing orientation.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English, with an additional language being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as CS or Engineering.
  • Must be based in Israel.
  • Willingsness and ability to travel abroad.
