Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain deep expertise in our suite of products. You will work closely with customers, Professional Services consultants, and consulting partners to troubleshoot and resolve incoming support cases.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles related to the resolution of customer-reported problems with our products.
  • Identify areas for service improvement, and collaborate with other teams to implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience providing enterprise application software support in Java for a B2B software company.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and display an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to read stack traces and review application code.
  • Experience in documenting technical solutions, preferably in the form of KCS articles.
