We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader to spearhead the launch and growth of our cutting-edge facility in Ireland.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing, from concept to delivery. As the inaugural leader, you will play a pivotal role in embedding operational excellence, building a high-performing team, and driving commercial success.

Your mission will be to lead the site's strategic development, ensuring seamless integration with Group objectives. You will champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the launch and scale-up of Ireland's most modern manufacturing site.
  • Provide strategic leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, and HSE functions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing site team, coaching leaders and technical staff.
  • Drive performance and operational strategy through robust planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Implement world-class systems and lean processes for reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain site budgets, including R&M, raw materials, staffing, energy, and overheads.
  • Own site P&L performance, setting clear KPIs aligned with Group objectives.
  • Lead investment planning and project execution for short, medium, and long-term Capex requirements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Ensure high standards in quality, product consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the site's senior interface with key stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic alignment with the Managing Director and CFO, feeding into wider business goals and performance reporting.
