Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues via a ticketing system, enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site, and becoming knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards.

This role requires strong personal resilience, with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy. They will also be highly adaptable, with a positive approach to challenges, and able to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.

  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve user experience
