We're currently recruiting for a highly skilled NEC Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract/cost management and administration, with a strong understanding of the NEC suite of contracts. You'll be responsible for managing pre- and post-contract requirements, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage pre- and post-contract requirements, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract administration.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years experience in contract/cost management and administration, with a strong understanding of the NEC suite of contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
