Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a forward-thinking data expert to spearhead our AI strategy and drive transformation. About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end projects from research to production implementation
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and standards for the team
  • Research and implement advanced techniques and emerging technologies
  • Drive strategic initiatives that impact multiple product lines
  • Mentor junior and mid-level professionals and collaborate on cross-functional projects
  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience with leadership in complex ML projects
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, advanced frameworks, and statistical modeling
  • Proven experience with Azure ML, big data technologies, and production model deployment
  • Strong research background with ability to translate business problems into solutions
