Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Talent and Employee Experience Manager to join our Builder Experience Team (BeXT). As a member of this team, you'll work closely with our leaders and employees to develop forward-looking strategies and goals that focus on the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of inclusion and influence change within our organization.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our employees' growth and development.
- Collaborate with our leaders and employees to identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges.
- Provide coaching and consulting services to our employees and leaders to help them navigate complex HR issues.
- Partner with our business leaders to develop forward-looking strategies and goals that support our employees' needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- English language spoken and written skills.
- Strong business and HR acrumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Coaching and consulting skills.
- Strong business and HR acrumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis, experience consulting on complex performance management cases.
- Employee Relations/Investigations experience.
- Possess conviction and tenacity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
