Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Talent and Employee Experience Manager to join our Builder Experience Team (BeXT). As a member of this team, you'll work closely with our leaders and employees to develop forward-looking strategies and goals that focus on the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster an environment of inclusion and influence change within our organization.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support our employees' growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with our leaders and employees to identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges.
  4. Provide coaching and consulting services to our employees and leaders to help them navigate complex HR issues.
  5. Partner with our business leaders to develop forward-looking strategies and goals that support our employees' needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • English language spoken and written skills.
  • Strong business and HR acrumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Coaching and consulting skills.
  • Strong business and HR acrumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis, experience consulting on complex performance management cases.
  • Employee Relations/Investigations experience.
  • Possess conviction and tenacity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
