Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Sanderson. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and enhanced employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and enhanced employee experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide HR support and advice as needed.
  • Support with end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the business.
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development activities of the business.
  • Lead on global wellbeing initiatives as part of the 'S' (Social) in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda.
  • Assist with the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies and practices into the end-to-end talent lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate people-centred role, ideally a HR role.
  • Proven track record in a HR generalist or specialist role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
  • Self-starter with strong commitment to deliver excellence, with an aptitude for pace and embracing change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
