We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Ornua Co-operative Limited. This role will involve managing and administering employee lifecycle events from onboarding through to offboarding across various jurisdictions.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to and resolving HR enquiries from employees, managers, and HR colleagues, and managing the contract and onboarding process across Business Units.

This role requires a high level of personal integrity in handling confidential information and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or shared services, preferably in HR, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, MS Windows.
