Job Details:

TN Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Team Assistant to support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. This is a full-time position based in Dublin 4, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and benefits information.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing job descriptions.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, as well as maintain agendas and ensure smooth execution.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the onboarding and exit process, providing excellent customer service to all employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
