About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist Associate to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support people operations across the employee lifecycle - pre-onboarding, onboarding, HR processes, reporting line updates, and offboarding
  • Manage the full lifecycle for contingent workers—onboarding, extensions, off-boarding, and troubleshooting
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and queries related to HR, payroll, time off, benefits, etc.
  • Support global payroll processing in collaboration with Accounting, Benefits, and payroll vendor
  • Manage immigration/visa cases with our employees and legal counsel
  • Action standard reporting requests & data retrieval on all employee data (including Verification of Employment)
  • In partnership with our L&D team, coordinate details around Quantcast's new hire company onboarding
  • Assist in completing All Hands company meeting slides (new hires, anniversaries, and promotions)
  • Lead or co-lead the new hire HR/Benefits orientation session on a bi-weekly basis
  • Own upkeep of HR intranet pages and policy updates
  • Support Benefits team as needed
  • As a member of the HR Ops team, propose and suggest process improvement changes and participate in a wide variety of HR projects & programs.
  • Maintain confidential information in compliance with HR and company policies
