About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Manager to join our dynamic team at Okta, Inc. As a key member of the People Operations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving process efficiencies across various HR functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, broad knowledge of HR programs and processes, and experience working in a fast-paced global technology environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and resolving Tier 2 inquiries, processes, and requests through our case management platform, ServiceNow, while escalating complex cases to the appropriate COE.
  2. Supporting regional and global projects as required, optimizing processes, and managing transactions moving to People Operations.
  3. Providing reporting needs for various COE groups, utilizing Workday and ServiceNow data to identify inquiry trends and operational weaknesses.
  4. Developing action plans to improve employee experience and self-service, documenting operational processes, and determining which can be managed by our offshore Manila team.
