Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Supervisor to join our fast-paced and award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a range of duties throughout at the front desk & box office, including:

  1. Managing front desk operations to ensure seamless guest experience.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
