Reception Supervisor Opportunity

Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to take on a challenging role in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Reception Supervisor to join our fast-paced team at the TF Royal Hotel & Theatre.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the reception desk and box office. This will include training and leading a team of staff, ensuring consistent implementation of hotel standards, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous supervisory experience in a similar environment, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You will also need to be able to manage your workload effectively, handle busy situations with ease, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become fully familiar with Front of House Systems and Procedures.
  • Train, lead, and motivate the team to perform their duties in accordance with Hotel Standards.
  • Supervise the operations in a hands-on capacity.
  • Assist the reception and box office team in handling all arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to Hotel Standards.
  • Operate the computerised system for managing reservations, arrivals, and departures, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the department in providing guests with the highest levels of care and personal attention at all times, anticipating their needs and taking initiative to exceed their expectations whenever possible.
